Profiles are meant to leave WealthAtlas: as a briefing document before a meeting, or as rows in whatever you use to run your pipeline. You can export one person's profile, the people you've selected in a search, or an entire list.
Exports come in two forms — a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx) or a PDF:

Exports come out of your team's export credits, but each person only counts the first time you export them — re-exporting the same person is free. Searching and reading profiles never count at all.
Open the person's profile and click the button at the top. You'll get the whole profile as a formatted document — net worth, income, assets, giving, and connections, citations included. Try it below:

Select the people you want
Check the box next to each row, or use the select-all checkbox at the top of the results to take the whole page.
Click Export
The button above the results carries the number you've selected. Click it to open the export dialog.
Pick a format and columns
Choose .csv, .xlsx, or PDF, then choose your columns (more on this below). Your file is ready moments later.

Every spreadsheet export opens a column picker, where you decide which columns you get and in what order. Try it here:
Click a field under Available WealthAtlas Fields to add it, and drag to reorder — the order of your Selected Fields is the column order in your file. When a list carries columns of your own, they sit in their own Available Custom Fields panel below.
Export the same columns every week? Save your selection as a template and apply it in one click next time.
Templates save the WealthAtlas fields only — your own custom columns aren't stored with them.
Every spreadsheet export includes a profile URL column. It's a stable link back to each person's full profile, so whatever you build from the export has a one-click way back into WealthAtlas.
Every export your team runs appears in the Exports card on the page. Large ones take a few minutes to process, so check back there and download when it's ready.
