Your Network & connections
Your Network is everyone your firm already knows. WealthAtlas maps their relationships across the database, so every prospect you research shows you the warm path in.

Your Network is everyone you already know — colleagues, clients, counterparties, board contacts, your LinkedIn connections. Add them once and we map their relationships across the whole database, so when you research a prospect you don't just see what they're worth — you see who can introduce you, which is what turns a cold prospect into a conversation. Below, we'll cover how we judge a connection, how to build your Network, and where connections show up.
Let's do a walkthrough of how to use Your Network:
We're careful about the strength of a connection. There's no single fact that makes someone a strong connection; every link is weighted on recency, likelihood, and relevance. Two people on a large board a decade ago is weak. A small board over many years is strong. Colleagues usually count for a lot, and less as the company gets bigger, their roles diverge, or their tenures barely overlap. We surface a connection as strong only when it's one you could actually use.
The Connections bar at the top of a profile is a strong connection — the person to route your outreach through. When there's no strong path, you'll see a smaller grey bar instead; click See All to read the weaker links and judge them yourself.
There are five ways in: importing a CSV of your contacts, from someone's profile, from search results, for an entire list, or by name on the page.
The page opens with an Add to your Network pane. Drop a CSV of contacts in and we'll match each row and attach the matches to your Network — LinkedIn's Connections.csv works exactly as it downloads, which is the quickest way to go from an empty Network to a useful one. See managing lists for the full walkthrough.
Click the button at the top of the profile. It's filled in when that person is already in your Network.
Select people with the checkboxes (or the button), then click the button in the toolbar above the results to add all of them at once.
On the Lists page, every list has a button to add it to your Network. Example: you've built a list of the partners at a firm you're courting — add the whole list and see immediately which of them you can already reach.
Click the button to search the whole database by name and add someone directly.
The page is where your Network lives: the import pane on the left, and everyone in the Network on the right — name, how many strong connections each one carries, when they were added, and by whom. Search my Network narrows that list, and See all connections runs a search across everyone your Network can reach, which is the fastest way to turn relationships into a pipeline.
To remove someone, click the minus icon next to their name, or open their profile and click the button at the top.
Add people as you meet them. We can only map a relationship for someone who's actually in your Network, so a Network you keep current is what makes the next prospect one introduction away.
Next up: managing lists — how to group people together, work inside a list, and keep them organized.
